The room was tidy and well-equipped with essentials such as shower facilities, a hairdryer, and dressing gowns.

Hotel was beautiful, loved our stay.

The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. The room we had included climate control, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card.

I really didn't want to leave this place, so I can't recommend it enough! I stayed here for two nights and had a great time. the rooms were cozy, and the staff was excellent. 😊.

The bathroom had a strong sewage odour that made it unbearable to stay in for a length of time. the air conditioning units were extremely noisy, and it was a challenge sleeping at night without earplugs.

There was a minor issue with the room's air conditioning unit, making a strange noise that was somewhat bothersome. Despite this, the spa lounge was a great alternative, offering a variety of choices with an extensive menu of food and drinks.

The secluded location was a good distance from the busy city center. the rooms were lavishly furnished with clean bathrooms. the staff leaves a lot to be desired, specifically their cleaning staff who for got to refill the bathroom essentials and towels. the hotel has a spa with various saunas and a pool - a great advantage for a relaxing day.

The reception staff wasn't helpful enough.

We chose this hotel for our romantic getaway because of its convenient location near the city center and high-quality amenities such as the pool and gym. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and the fact that we had a spacious and comfortable room with a stunning view.

Our stay wasn't completely perfect. We noticed an odd smell coming from the bathroom drains, and the air conditioning units made a strange noise in several rooms.
